Damage

All merchandise is triple checked before shipping. For this reason, it is very rare that a damaged item is ever included in a shipment. There are very few incidences of damage claims, but the claims received are usually damages caused by the shipper. If you have received an item that is damaged, please proceed as follows:

  • If an item is noticeably damaged during shipping, you must notify barbibrunton.com and On The Edge Designs Inc. immediately by phone at (954) 530-8154 or by email at customerservice@barbibrunton.com to obtain a Return Authorization, or RA number. Save all packaging and product completely as received, as it will have to be returned to the shipper for compensation. Notice that the invoice says “ALL CLAIMS IN 5 DAYS” so don’t delay. Put the RA# on the outside of the box.
  • NO REFUND will be provided in cases of damage. All damaged goods will however be replaced with priority, as quickly as possible.
